The Past Two Months In a Nutshell

So much for keeping ya'll updated regularly. It's been two months since my last post and that's not because we've had nothing to write about.

During this time span, we....

• We did our best to pull of a killer Maximized Living Makeover


• Had a very memorable "end of internship party" with our fellow training doctors & the Dr. Loman family


• Had fun at a surprise baby shower thrown by the Trinity Girls


• Said "bye" to everyone in Naples & were released into the real world


• Loaded up boxes in Naples & drove them to Merritt Island


• Loaded up boxes in Daytona & drove them to Merritt Island


• Loaded up boxes in Merritt Island & drove them to WI


• Unloaded boxes in WI & moved into our new apartment


• Traveled to Colorado Springs for an amazing Maximized Living Seminar


• Hiked the Manitou Incline & Garden of the Gods


• Monitored the progress of our office space - power, electricity, & plumbing installed, walls up & painted


• Hit the town marketing - trying to meet as many people as possible & set up health screening events


• Had two baby doctors appointments & were told that I'm "disgustingly healthy" (is that a bad thing?) and the baby is doing perfectly :)

Like I said, two months in a nutshell. There's been a few moments to relax and recover during this time, but we've been going pretty hard trying to get everything set up for our new life. Our office is coming along amazing, and it looks like its only going to be about two weeks until we're officially opened (likely at least a week ahead of schedule). We're super excited and can't wait to start seeing patients and saving lives in OUR town (yes, we finally live in an area that we can claim as our home).

Be praying that everything will continue to go smoothly, that doors will open, and that hundreds of people will want the help we can offer.
